So today is supposed to be the easy day-- Drawing from 9-11:15, and Composition from 12-12:50. After 4, I am going to get my lebret done. Or nose. I'm still deciding.

Yesterday was interesting, to say the least. Our comp teacher is crazy, and she already yelled at Kevin. Lmao. Our Lit teacher is crazy too, but she seems more fun than the comp teacher. Art history is going to be hard but amazing! And omg there are so many people in the class it's rediculous. There are a lot of people in my museum studies class as well. I don't know if we're all going to fit into the other room. Quiet Eric is in my class. Grr. Perkins wasn't even there, he was off in Europe at some conference. Lmao.

So Beckah, Jess and I are definately going to see MCR!

We're taking a bus to Newhaven CT, and from there, going on a train from New Haven to NYC to Uniondale.. I'm finally going to be able to see the city!

It's very exciting.

I freaked the fuck out on Kevin last night. It was bad and I left work early.

To sum up this vacation... Well, I don't think there is a real way to sum it up... Parts of it sucked ass and some of it was real nice.

For example: Christmas was real nice.. the family was nice, got a few sweet things.. I really dislike Lisa's army-tard southern hick boyfriend. He needs to bury his thing for the Confederate Flag, too. Oh, and he's not her boyfriend anymore-- fiance. I think it's weird when guys (who are two months away from being deployed) propose to their girlfriends. I don't even think Lisa is all that excited.. but anyway.. They have a real cute Italian Greyhound. Such a cute puppy. :3

Work was an annoyance, for the most part.. but today is my last day working, which isn't all that bad considering I have a good sum of money to return to school with. I liked seeing all the people I missed working with. Even a night in the deli wasn't so bad.

I missed hanging out with my little sister. Sometimes she was a bitch, but for the most part, hanging out with her is fun... Whether it's skipping church or otherwise.

I got to see Sarah and Caitlyn over break. We went out a couple times, played guitar hero with Becky.. Went shopping and such.

I also got to see Katie and Rob! I missed them. A couple of fun movie nights... "Porchmonkey 4 Life" (Clerks II).

Aaaand... Hmm.

Now I have to go back to Potsdam.. Where life shall be somewhat interesting most days. I don't know what I'm going to do about our hamster, I don't like the idea of giving it back to Justin, mainly because I HATE his guts. He just makes me ill.

My classes should be fun, but a little tougher this semester--

Monday: Freshman Writing (COMP), Literature I, Art History: Ancient to Gothic, and Museum Studies.
Tuesday: Drawing I, COMP
Wednesday: COMP, Literature I, Art History, Museum Studies
Thursday: Drawing I, COMP
Friday: Literature I

So last night at work I was front-ending and bagging for Deb. Deb was the only cashier, and there was this guy who came through and he said: "I'm going to give you and Elizabeth here a tip..." We thought that he was going to say something, but instead he sets a 100 dollar bill on the register and leaves. We were both so suprised, but it was awesome!! I got fifty bucks for nothing! That's like a quarter of my paycheck!

So in other news.. school is less than a week away (yay!).. Mike visits me in about two weeks... And my birthday is three weeks away.

Also, Beckah and I are trying to go see MCR in Nassau County, NY. I think we've got tickets and hotel covered, but we still need to figure out how exactly we're going to get there. We don't know if Josh is driving us, or if we'll have to devise a way to get there ourselves.. Which could be expensive. Who knows how we'll get there.. We just wanna see MCR! Lmao.

So I think it's kind of stupid when your mother won't pick you up from work until you say you're Christian.

Well that's what happened to me. She said something about how "swearing to God" doesn't mean a thing to me, and I was like "...Yeah I'm agnostic..." And she freaked out and refused to pick me up till I said I was Christian.

How stupid.

She also tried grounding Sarah for dying her hair. She said I had something to do with it-- yeah right.

Oh. I don't even know what to write.

This week has been hell. Just got back from school, 32 hours of holiday madness at Quality, and much more holiday madness everywhere else in between. Sorry I haven't had much time to make plans and hang out (Katie, Rob, Beckah, Greg, Sammie). I'll try and contact y'all next week.

Work has actually been going well. I feel like I was missed. I like money, and I guess I'll be being paid well enough. Hmmm. Hopefully in Mid February we can all make that trip to NYC to go see Dir En Grey (by the way, F you headbangers ball). Muuunyaaa. Hmm...

That's right everyone. I'm home until the 20th of January. My current purpose is to work for money for textbooks, spending, and other little whatnots througout the rest of the school year. I want to quit Quality already, but I'll keep what I can get for now. I applied for a job at Bath & Bodyworks, and that's really my ideal summer job. I would smell nice(r) and get discounts to smell nice.

I found out I had 18.35 on my Borders Rewards card-- I bought Loveless 3 and some new ninja-shogun or something manga. It was a pleasant suprise to me. I saw Sarah Zamer and Caitlin Rebholz working at the Eastern Hills. I bet they enjoy that job. I entered to win a car. Wouldn't that be nice?

Yesterday was a long boring ride home with Dad, Sarah, and Beckah. Pickle (hamster) made it home okay and now I'm spoiling her with hamsterish treats. And.. hmm. Mom's already sick of me playing the didgereedoo. I enjoy it.

I give up on Arabic. No more studying, no more trying or pretending to learn how to conjugate their verbs. Maybe if I wrote in French on the exam, Lora would be happy. It seems I know more French than Arabic, and that's sad. I will never take you again, you silly middle-eastern language!

I finally figured out what the hell to do for my art project. Two goldfish koi things. Whatever. I'm done with this semester. I'm stressed out, man.

Hmm.. So looking into the future, there are a few things I want to do.. but I can't decide what to do.

My sister thinks I should go into English because I write well. I don't think I do, and I don't really care for writing all that much. I hate research papers and citations and whatnot.

All I've ever really wanted to do was become an animator. That still might happen, but definately not so much at Potsdam. So maybe I'll go to grad school either for my MFA or a degree in animation. I still wish I was at Columbus, and I'm still really bummed about not being able to afford it.

Since I'm at Potsdam, I'm going to go for my BFA and a minor in Museum Studies and Film. If Museum studies is successful for me, I'd really like to get an internship at the Smithsonian, Metro, or some other large museum. Being a curator or collector wouldn't be such a bad thing. If my internship doesn't go so well, I'll just get my MFA and become a professor. Maybe if I'm ambitious enough, I'll even get a doctorate.

I do know where I want to be in July-August of 2010... my big ambition is to be hired by Jeanne Claude and Christo for their "Over the River" project. I'd spend a few weeks in Colorado helping build Christo's newest vision over the Arkansas River. This is the opportunity of a lifetime, and I'd kill to work for them.

It's the end of the semester, and I really have so much to do.

-Finish 16 panel project (I'm such a procrastinator!)
-Get Dr.Perkins to sign my close sheet.
-Turn it into the art department.
-Finish OL Application
-Write essay for "final" for Idea & Image
-sell text books, but take notes for exams first.
-Cram a whole semester of Arabic into my brain.
-Final for Yeomans' Color & Design
-Clean my room/pack everything I'm going to need for a month.

I have a week to do this crap.

I can't wait to go home, this semester has been more than interesting for me. I can't wait to be in new classes next semester with new people. :D

So.

I've come to hate Justin. There were days where I could tolerate him, but now it's just too much. I'm sick of his possessive attitude, his stupidity, and ignorance. I hate how I can't hang around with Beckah without him following us or interrupting in some way. I miss our adventures around campus. I feel like I do nothing but go to Bowman to work on art, or sit in this goddamn room. Dani needs to get her ass out of this room, and take her mess with her. I can't handle all the mess.

Another thing Justin tends to do is.. well.. Ugh. Storytime. Coheed is my favorite band. I've got all of their cds and a few articles of clothing and whatnot. I know the story, I love the lyrics, and I love Claudio's voice.. but it made me upset the other night when Justin just flatout goes: "Coheed SUCKS!". And after asking him why he thought that, he said: "I don't know, I've never even listened to them that much." THAT, my friends... THAT is what makes me angry. I don't care if you like what I like or not, but if you're going to bash it, at least have a decent reason. And whenever the topic of concerts comes up, he ALWAYS brings up the fact that he saw Eddie Nebula and that's the only concert hes ever been to and he wants to go see them again. I SWEAR, EVERYTIME!

I was going to make an angry rant about alcohol and my mother, but I feel like I'm going to vomit.

I wish I would, it might make my tummy feel nice.
